The condo association of One Central at Geronimo Street, Salcedo Village where aghast to discover that KFit members were using their gym as they had been provided access to by a condotel business operating from the condo's ground floor.The condotel business entered into an agreement with KFit to open up the One Central gym to KFit subscribers without considering that it needed prior approval from the condo association.
Upon discovery by one of the residents that the gym was being accessed by outsiders, the association took swift action to ensure the security of the building.
As of this writing, the One Central gym has already been removed from the list of partner gyms and fitness centers of KFit.
